Finding a name for your company’s conference room requires more thought then just arbitrarily picking a random name, you should find a name that is a true representation of your company’s culture. The name or theme is a reflection of the leadership, traditions and overall mood of the company. Google Australia named its rooms after words that began with “in” but they dropped the in, for instance doors, clusive and generous were three conference room names. So when someone asked where the meeting is, and you say “its in doors” it can be very confusing to the visitor. Similarly startup Collation Inc. used the same concept only their rooms were named sane, verted & toxicated. So when someone asked where “person name is”, “oh they are in toxicated.”
When you are ready to decide on names, get all the employees involved by allowing them to vote!
